Who can apply?

Anyone who identifies as a woman under 30 that currently resides across North America.

Do I need to have a company or is an idea enough?

You don’t have to have a fully incorporated company or be finished building/creating your product, but you’ll need to show that you’ve taken action towards bringing to life your clear vision.

How does the $25,000 grant work?

The “winner” of the share your vision portion of Bold Beginnings will receive $25,000. We do not take equity in your company.

Where do I have to live to be part of Bold Beginnings?

North America - If you are chosen and do not reside in Vancouver BC where Bold Beginnings takes place, flights and accommodation will be taken care of. 

How many women are chosen for Bold Beginnings?

8-10 women will be chosen to take part in Bold Beginnings yearly. 

What is the age limit to apply?

Anyone aged 30 or younger.

When is Bold Beginnings?

Bold Beginnings will take place Fall 2024.

When is the application deadline?

Applications will close August 31st and those selected will be notified early September.
